Following government guidelines our premises are closed to all visitors with immediate effect. We will continue to operate a mail order service with volunteer staff and will do our best to service your order as efficiently as possible at this difficult time.
We are always pleased to receive callers at our stores during business hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings from 10.00am to 12.30pm. Payment at our stores counter can be made by cash, credit card or cheque, but unless arrangements have been made in advance, all cheques must be accompanied by the appropriate bankers card and can only be accepted for the value covered by this card
Overseas callers please note that VAT must be paid on goods collected, but we can provide a reclamation form which must be stamped by Customs at the port of exit or entry. This can then be returned to us for a full refund of the VAT.
