Following developments regarding Brexit and the COVID-19 outbreak, all countries are taking additional precautions to maintain the health of their citizens. Flight cancellations and tighter border controls are resulting in delays to most destinations.
Certain items are not viable for re-manufacture and we have to repair/restore original components to maintain availability. These items are offered with a refundable surcharge which will be credited as soon as a repairable old unit is returned to us.
Old units sent for exchange/Refund should be clearly labelled with name, address, customer number (if known) and contact details. (A copy of the invoice the goods were supplied against will suffice!)
Overseas customers should mark parcels containing exchange items “Goods of U.K. origin returned for repair"
Safe transportation of these items is the senders responsibility and it is recommended a trackable carrier is used.
