With the UK leaving the European Union on 31st December 2020 and no firm
deal yet ratified, we would like to reassure all of our customers in the EU that
it will be business as usual in 2021. From 1st January we will no longer charge
Tax (VAT) on orders shipped into the EU and instead our couriers will make the
customs entry on our behalf and advise of local Tax and duty prior to delivery.
If you are an EU registered business, we would request you advise us of your EORI number in advance to avoid import problems/delays
Certain items are not viable for re-manufacture and we have to repair/restore original components to maintain availability. These items are offered with a refundable surcharge which will be credited as soon as a repairable old unit is returned to us.
Old units sent for exchange/Refund should be clearly labelled with name, address, customer number (if known) and contact details. (A copy of the invoice the goods were supplied against will suffice!)
Overseas customers should mark parcels containing exchange items “Goods of U.K. origin returned for repair"
Safe transportation of these items is the senders responsibility and it is recommended a trackable carrier is used.
